Rasta Food Court @ TTDI
Hi ppl! In case anyone is wondering, we're still around, just reading more than we are posting! Anyway, was reading masak-masak when I saw this post. Immediately wanted to give Rasta Food Court in TTDI a try.
Finally made it there yesterday. Quite a smallish food court. Not what I thought it would be. Biggest stalls seem to be the burger and the coffee stall.

As per recommendation from masak-masak, my dinner companion and I started with the ceasar salad. Crunchy romaine lettuce tossed with ceasar salad dressing with some croƻtons. Lovely but I thought it could have been colder.
Next up was the highly recommended Mushroom Burger. We added extra mushroom instead of the mushroom sauce as my dinner companion loves mushrooms. It was delicious! A mix between Ramly burger (thinnish beef patty) and american burger (not drenched in sauce). The sauteed mushrooms and onions are the perfect complement to the burger
The next dish was the Kueh Tiaw Goreng. I found this quite enjoyable but my dinner companion said "ok laa". Oh well, we cant all agree on everything can we? It was slightly on the "wet" side and quite spicy.
We also ordered the satay but neglected to take any pictures. As mentioned by masak-masak, the chicken satay has some chicken skin skewered between the chicken pieces. Absolutely gorgeous! My dinner companion preferred the beef one which I found to be quite good too.
Will certainly be back here to try the rest of the western food on offer, saw some ppl have what looked like lamb shank and mutton soup. Rasta Food Court, I'll be back!!
Makan Kings ratings = 6 out of 10
